About Me
I’m Esther—a nature-loving wellbeing coach, yoga teacher, and embodiment guide. I help people who feel stressed, stuck, or worn down find calm, clarity, and a way back to themselves.
After years of burnout, grief, ADHD, addiction, and trying to keep everything going on the outside while falling apart on the inside, I discovered that real healing doesn’t come from pushing harder. It comes from slowing down, listening in, and creating space to breathe.
I created the PEACEful Path to offer exactly that—a gentle, grounded approach to emotional resilience, nervous system regulation, and meaningful change.

I absolutely loved my session thank you. I had no idea what to expect going into it, but I felt at ease right away, and felt safe to express what was on my mind. Having had a single-mumming meltdown earlier on that day, there was much to say.
