What Is Recovery Coaching?
Recovery Coaching is a way for you to get the support, accountability, motivation and encouragement you need to create a sustainable recovery that works for you. Recovery Coaching isn’t about telling you WHAT to do to find and maintain your recovery. It is about helping you find and walk along the right path of recovery for you.
As your recovery coach, I will bring the lessons I have learned in my 10+ years of recovery, and my professional training to help you work through your challenges, and create a life of recovery that fills you with hope and strength.
Who Is Recovery Coaching For?
Recovery coaching is for you if you’re ready to take ownership of your recovery and start building a life that truly works for you.
It’s for you if you know you’re not powerless. If you believe that recovery isn’t about following someone else’s rules, but about finding your own path forward.
This is not a space where I tell you what to do. I’m not here to give you a checklist for recovery. I’m here to help you figure out what works for you. I’ll offer guidance, tools, and support, but you’re the one in charge. The real work happens when you take action.

How will we work together?
I’m not a therapist or counsellor, but I am a professionally trained, trauma-aware recovery and embodiment coach, as well as a qualified yoga and meditation teacher. My approach brings together coaching, embodiment, and mindfulness to support you in your recovery. I can help you develop practical tools to manage emotions, reduce stress, and create balance so that your recovery feels sustainable and fulfilling.
After an initial meet-up to see if we’re a good fit, you’ll choose a coaching package that suits you. From there, we’ll start to shape your journey—setting clear, meaningful goals that align with where you are and where you want to be.
We’ll meet regularly, either in person or online, depending on what works best for you. While we’ll follow a structured path, each session is led by your needs. We’ll talk through what’s most important for you at that moment, setting clear goals and actionable steps to help you move forward.
Between sessions, I’ll be available via email or text for ongoing support, so you’re never navigating this alone. Together, we’ll get you where you need to be—at your pace, in your way.

I have been on my own recovery path since 2014. I know the pitfalls and the joys of living in recovery. I am not here to tell you it will be easy, but I can tell you it is worth it!

I believe that successful recovery comes not from admitting powerlessness, but from finding your own inner power. And I know you have it. You might not feel it at the moment, but I promise you, it’s there. And I will help you find it, and belive in you fiercely until you can believe in yourself!

How you do your recovery is up to you. There are many ways you can approach recovery, and many pathways to support you along the way. My path was all about wellbeing and writing. Yours will be what works for you. And I am here to support you, however your recovery looks

Together, we will map out your PEACEful Path of Recovery. We will
- discover your Purpose in your recovery, and the Practices that will help you stay grounded in your recovery
- explore how you experience and can manage your Emotions
- deepen your Awareness of your triggers, your body, your emotions, and your life, and explore ways to Acceptance of the parts of yourself and your life that challenge you
- develop ways to create deeper Connection with yourself, those you love, the community you live in, and the planet we all share
- consider your Energy, and the things that drain and energise you
This will all be done over time, and at a pace that works for you, if you commit to a longer coaching experience with me.

I’m Esther, a nature loving recovery and wellbeing coach helping women in long-term recovery who feel stuck, stressed, and overwhelmed reclaim their peace, purpose, and energy. Sobriety is just the beginning—true recovery is about building a life that feels fulfilling, not just alcohol-free.
With over 10 years in recovery and lived experience of ADHD, burnout, grief, and stress, I know how easy it is to feel lost, even years after quitting drinking. That’s why I created The PEACEful Path of Recovery—a framework to help you navigate emotions, manage stress, and reconnect with what truly matters.
